Mr. Rangle is a graduate of Lehigh University (Bethlehem, PA). He possesses a Structural and Electrical Engineering Degree and is well respected in Engineering and GC circles. Mr. Rangle won the Annual Excellence in Construction Awards in 2016. He's partnered with PCC on several major projects.

Mr. Shure founding Partner Shure and Sennheiser. He possesses an Architectural degree from Pratt Institute, New York. He's partnered with PCC on a number of projects over the last decade.

Mr. Fraser possesses an MS in Geology from the University of Santa Cruz, CA and an MS in Structural Engineering from NJIT, NJ. He's been with PCC for 14 years and a Senior Partner since 2006.

Ms. De Rosa is responsible for securing permits, evaluating proposals, and overall project management and planning at PCC LATAM. Her international experience in the legal field (LMP degree) brings PCC strong negotiation and compliance competencies. Ms. De Rosa is PMI Certified. Ms. de Rosa serves as PCC's Sustainability Strategist.
